Welcome to Dead Rock Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, submitting a service request, scheduling an appointment, or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Dead Rock Services provides residential and commercial services including, but not limited to: Electrical services Heating & cooling (HVAC) services Plumbing & drain services Generator installation and service Related inspections, repairs, and maintenance All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Appointment Requests & Confirmation
Submitting an online booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. All appointments must be confirmed by a Dead Rock Services team member. A team member will contact you within 24 business hours to confirm your date and time. We reserve the right to reschedule based on technician availability, weather, emergencies, or unforeseen conditions.
3. Diagnostic Fees & Estimates
Most service calls require a diagnostic evaluation before pricing can be finalized. Diagnostic fees may apply and will be disclosed before service. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee may be waived, depending on the service. Estimates are based on visible conditions only and may change if additional issues are discovered.
4. Payments & Billing
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include: Cash/Check Credit/debit cards ACH transfers Financing (if available) We reserve the right to: Suspend services for non-payment Charge late fees where permitted by law Collect any outstanding balances
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee. Repeated canceled appointments may require prepayment.
6. Subcontracted Services
In some cases, Dead Rock Services may coordinate or subcontract certain services (such as specialized HVAC, plumbing, or restoration vendors). We carefully select trusted partners. However, Dead Rock Services is not responsible for workmanship performed directly by third-party subcontractors unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Warranties & Limitations
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used. Labor warranties, if provided, will be disclosed at the time of service. Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, modifications, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions.
8. Property Access & Safety
By scheduling service, you agree to: Provide safe and clear access to work areas Secure pets and children during service Disclose known hazards (electrical, gas, water, structural, etc.) We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if unsafe conditions exist.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dead Rock Services shall not be liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Property damage resulting from pre-existing unsafe conditions Delays caused by weather, parts availability, utility companies, or permitting authorities Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
10. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, images, text, and branding are the property of Dead Rock Services and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
11. Privacy Policy

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the state in which services were provided. We encourage resolution through good-faith communication whenever possible.
