They pay close attention to detail and have great communication skills. They stand by their work and are all diligent workers!!! They made the process easy on the customer..from consult to finish.  They consitently showed up and showed out on the daily.. if i had a question or concern even after thwy keft for the day.. they would still respond to ensure my haopiness. We had a huge job  of both electrical and plumbing. Consisting of many different layers. They also contacted the utility company as well..  They delivered and then some! They also paid attention to the happiness of the customer. They were neat and punctual/ stayed on schedule, as well as tidy!! If we ever need anymore work done to our home..or know anyone needing something I'll be letting them know about DeadRock!! I will be only using this company. I highly recommend this company and I'd rather pay once eith them..than twice over by using someone who cant deliver the first time! You definitely get quality work out of this company. So moneybwell spent!! We had their electrical contractors as well as plumbing.. all wonderful guys.. and to the ladies in the office.. they are just as easy to work with and just as awesome! I akso like the reminders a day before they show up.. along eith a picture of the tech that youll be dealing with. Super awesome for a mom on the go with kids. All around great company to have out for anyones needs!!! Thank you to all who had a part in getting our homes needs met!

Our Story & How We Got Our Name

Our company was founded by Chris and Charlene Livingston in 2015. The name Dead Rock has a deep family significance. It originated with two brothers, Raymond and Jim Livingston Chris’s grandfather Raymond and his Godfather Jim. The Livingston name was often mispronounced as “Livingstone,” prompting the brothers to constantly correct people. Their friends humorously started calling them the “Dead Rock” boys, as a playful contrast to “Living Stone.”

Decades later, when Chris and his wife Charlene were caring for his grandfather Raymond, who had Alzheimer’s and Dementia, they were brainstorming business names. Chris jokingly suggested “Dead Rock” to his grandfather, and to their surprise, it sparked a moment of clarity Raymond instantly recalled the old stories of the “Dead Rock” boys and enthusiastically shared them. That moment confirmed they had found the perfect name.

Today, Dead Rock Services honors the legacy of Raymond and Jim Livingston. The name represents integrity, hard work, and a commitment to excellence values that define the company’s mission.
