They were very timely in getting me scheduled to diagnose the issue with my electric. Once actually scheduled they communicated incredibly well with when they would arrive, and even called me in advance to make sure it was OK if they arrived earlier then the scheduled time. Once here they were very friendly and efficient in diagnosing the issue with my electric as well as explaining exactly what was going wrong with the electric. They addressed all my questions and concerns, and let me know in advance if there were going to be any changes in the price for their services before completing their tasks. They made sure to clean up any mess they left behind, and over all provided excellent service in a timely manner. Would give them 6 stars if that were possible. Extremely satisfied from the fair pricing, to their mannerism, timeliness, and their skill. Thank you guys for all the work you do!

Let me start by saying that I was on a very tight timeline. We needed some modifications done ASAP in order to accommodate an elderly family member that's coming to stay with us in a few days. Everyone I dealt with at Dead Rock was amazing, from my first call to request service to the guys that were at my house busting the butts to finish the job in one day. They were ALL communicative, professional and on time. Not to mention very patient with my loud annoying dogs. I would definitely recommend Dead Rock Electrical Services for any one that needs a reliable electrical contractor. I hope the guys ears have stopping ringing after a full day of dealing with a very loud Dachshund barking at them every time they entered the room. Thank you Dead Rock!!

I called Dead Rock Electrical Services to inquiry on the instillation of two exterior light fixture in front of my home. I spoke with Susan, who was very pleasant and assisted in answering all my questions. I was fortunate that they had a cancellation and I was able to have Michael Stanley and his assistance perform the work within hours of my inquiry to the company.Michael and his assistant were friendly, professional, and considerate as to protect their footwear to avoid transferring dirt inside house. They both completed the job fast and did a great job. I do have an additional electrical work (chandelier replacement) that I would like to have done in the future. I would definitely recommend Dead Rock Electrical Services, Michael Stanley, and his assistant, to anyone that is looking for a recommendation for an electrician company. Thank you!

Dead rock electrical services were very quick to respond to emergency power loss and get it quickly resolved and coordinated everything with the power company to take the stress off of the homeowner. They quickly identify the problems and provided an estimate immediately and informed us of when they could start the work, and they arrived on time to complete the job and work diligently to repair the circumstances and get our power restored. Chris was great at explaining everything and his staff and crew were very respectful and hard workers and got the job done. I would definitely recommend dead rock electrical services for the future if we need anything and would recommend them to a family or a friend.

Had two bathroom exhaust fans replaced by Dead Rock. Their secretary that answers the phone and sets appointments is super nice. I was hopeful that they would do a good job. The guy that came out for the estimate was nice but no one said anything about having to have the ceiling patched after the install until the guy came out on the day of the install. This first guy did an awful job. One fan was half mounted and half hanging off the ceiling. He told us to call and have someone else come out to fix the drywall from their team. If they had communicated that it would need patched we would have all ready arranged someone to come out and do that right after he installed them but we couldn't do that last minute. We had to call Dead Rock back to have two different guys come back and fix the first guys work. Luckily they had a guy who was able to patch the drywall and left us with a pretty decent looking install that just needs paint. I would be wary of using them in case you get the dude that came out first and because of the lack of clear communication about the project BUT I'm very thankful for them taking responsibility for it and coming back out that same day to fix the other guy's "work" and going beyond to make it look good. One guy even made the mudding match the popcorn ceiling we have in the bathroom. They more than made up for the other guy's mistakes at no extra cost to us. Pictures are after the second guys came out and the finished product.
